Every year, ESW-RIT participates in Imagine RIT, the campus-wide science fair that happens at the end of spring semester. Attendance is expected at 30,000 to 35,000 people, and almost every student at RIT is involved. ESW-RIT always has a main booth where we present all of our achievements over the past school year. ESW projects sometimes present at satellite booths nearby.

One proposal must be submitted for every group presenting at Imagine. Proposals are usually due six weeks before the fair.
