The Annual Conference is by far the largest ESW event there is. It is hosted by ESW-HQ at a different university every year, and features everything from speakers and workshops to challenges and project expos. It was last held at RIT in 2014. Conference Crowdfunding
Help us send more students to the Annual Conference by sharing and donating to our crowdfunding page!
Beginning in 2018, members of ESW-RIT may submit applications to apply for a free ride to the conference. This includes plane tickets, lodging, and registration (typically worth between $350 and $750). Applicants will be chosen by a trusted third party based on club involvement and dedication to the principles of sustainability.
